This Privacy Policy describes how MB Martiqo (operating Profilekit at getprofilekit.com, "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our site and product.

TL;DR: We collect your email when you buy. We use Stripe for payments, Meta + PostHog for analytics. We never sell your data. You can ask us to delete everything at hello@getprofilekit.com.

1. What we collect

Email address — when you purchase Profilekit. Used to send your receipt, the skill files, and important product updates.
Payment information — processed exclusively by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
Site analytics — page visits, clicks, scroll depth, and session recordings via PostHog (EU-hosted servers). Used only to improve the site.
Advertising data — Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure ad effectiveness. Identifiers (email) are SHA-256 hashed before being sent to Meta.
Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, referrer URL.

2. How we use your information

Deliver the product you bought (three skill files + setup guide).
Send purchase receipts and material product updates.
Respond to your support requests.
Measure and improve the effectiveness of our advertising.
Detect and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. Who we share data with

Stripe, Inc. — payment processing (PCI DSS Level 1).
Meta Platforms, Inc. — advertising measurement (only hashed identifiers).
PostHog Inc. — product analytics (EU-hosted).
Vercel Inc. — site hosting.

We do not sell your data. We do not share data for marketing by other companies.

4. Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA)

If you are in the EU/EEA, UK, or California, you have the right to:

Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
Request correction or deletion of your data.
Object to processing for direct marketing.
Withdraw consent for analytics/advertising tracking at any time.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics, fraud prevention, and advertising measurement. You can disable cookies in your browser settings — this will not affect your access to the product after purchase.

6. Data retention

Purchase records: kept for 7 years (EU tax compliance for MB Martiqo). Analytics data: kept for 12 months. You can request earlier deletion of analytics data at any time.

7. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) for all data in transit. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified). Internal access is restricted to the MB Martiqo founder and limited to what's necessary for support.

8. International transfers

Some of our processors are based outside the EU/EEA (Meta, Stripe in the US). Where applicable, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
