Profilekit comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee starting from the date of purchase.
How to request a refund
- Email hello@getprofilekit.com from the email address you used to purchase.
- Include "Refund" in the subject line.
- (Optional) Tell us why — it helps us improve. But we don't require an explanation.
What happens next
- We acknowledge your request within 24 hours.
- Refund is processed in Stripe — funds typically appear in your account within 2–5 business days depending on your bank.
- Your access to the product files is revoked at the moment we process the refund.
What we don't do
- We don't make you fill out a multi-page form.
- We don't ask "are you sure?" three times.
- We don't offer 80% credit instead of a real refund.
- We don't try to upsell you a "downgrade" to keep your money.
After 14 days
Refunds outside the 14-day window are evaluated case-by-case. If something is broken on our end (a skill file fails, you got the wrong file, the audit returns errors), we'll always make it right regardless of timing. If you simply changed your mind after 14 days, we generally can't refund — but email us anyway and we'll talk.
EU consumer rights
If you are an EU consumer, your statutory rights under EU Consumer Rights Directive remain unaffected by this policy. By starting to download the Profilekit files immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that the standard 14-day cooling-off period for digital products may not apply — but our voluntary 14-day refund guarantee above replaces it with stronger terms.
