Profilekit is a digital product: three Claude Skill files (Profile Audit, DM Outreach, Content Hooks) plus a setup guide. You receive lifetime access to the version you purchased and all future updates to it.

We host the site on Vercel and aim for 99.9% uptime. Profilekit itself is a downloadable file — once you have it, it works regardless of our site's status. The "quarterly re-audit" feature requires Claude (Anthropic) to be available, which we don't control.
Profilekit runs inside Claude (Anthropic). If Anthropic changes Claude in a way that affects how Profilekit works, we'll update the skill files and notify existing customers. We don't control Anthropic's pricing, availability, or feature changes.
Profilekit improves your LinkedIn profile and outreach using best-practice frameworks. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (job offers, leads, revenue, follower count, reply rates). Results depend on your effort, niche, market conditions, and many factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to Profilekit is limited to the amount you paid for it (€47). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
If you breach these terms (e.g. redistribute the files), we may revoke your license without refund. We will email you first before revoking.
We may update these terms. The current version is always at getprofilekit.com/terms. Material changes will be emailed to existing customers. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Disputes will be handled in Vilnius courts. EU consumers retain rights under their local law and may pursue claims in their country of residence.
